One of the most popular techniques that Abraham Hicks teaches is the Focus Wheel Process, which is designed to help individuals shift their focus towards positive thoughts and feelings, and manifest their desires more easily. In this article, we will explore what the Focus Wheel Process is, how it works, and how you can use it to improve your life. We will explore the Focus Wheel process in detail and how it can be used to manifest your desired reality or to help change a belief.

What is Abraham Hicks’ Focus Wheel process?

The Focus Wheel process is a simple yet powerful tool that is designed to help individuals shift their focus towards the positive aspects of their lives. The process involves creating a circular diagram and filling it with positive statements or affirmations that are aligned with the individual’s desires. The aim is to gradually shift one’s thoughts and emotions towards a more positive state, which in turn can help to manifest the desired reality.

How to Create a Focus Wheel

Creating a Focus Wheel is a simple process that can be done in just a few steps:

Step 1: Identify the Negative Thought
The first step is to identify the negative thought or belief that is causing distress or discomfort. This can be any negative thought that is preventing you from manifesting your desires. Once you have identified the thought, write it down in the center of a blank piece of paper. Alternatively open the Law of Attraction toolbox app and open the focus wheel process.

Step 2: Create a Wheel
Draw a circle around the negative thought in the center of the page. Divide the circle into ten equal sections similar to a clock face.

Step 3: Write Positive Statements
Next, begin to write positive statements or affirmations around the negative thought, one in each of the 10 sections. These positive statements should be focused on improving upon the negative belief to give you a more positive belief system around that subject.. For example, if your negative thought is “I am not good enough to succeed,” your positive statements could include “I am capable and worthy of success,” “I trust in my abilities,” or “I am confident and successful.” These statements should be accessible and believble to you, if they are too for of a stretch for you to believe right now then you should refine them so they are statements that you can believe right now.

Step 4: Focus on the Positive Statements
Once your Focus Wheel is complete, focus your attention on the positive statements you have written. Starting with the first statement, read it aloud and repeat it to yourself several times. As you focus on each statement, allow yourself to feel the positive emotions associated with it. This will help to shift your thoughts and emotions towards a more positive state and help anchor in a more positive belief system.

Step 5: Repeat the Process
Repeat the Focus Wheel process as often as necessary to reinforce positive thinking and retrain your mind to focus on positive beliefs. The more you practice the Focus Wheel process, the easier it will become to shift your thoughts and emotions towards a more positive state.
